Why did Newegg start selling crazy items?

They had a cool business model, but I'm sorta getting weird vibes. What are they up to?

Toasters?

Nose hair trimmers?

Zodiac paperweights?

Rice cookers?

What da hell?

Hey, don't knock on the rice cookers, they are the PERFECT accessory for your computer 😉

As long as they keep up their excellent service and competitive prices I'll gladly buy more than computer stuff from them 🙂

They probably know they are well trusted now, so they can expand their product range. With more products someone will be more likely just to add something into their existing order because its convenient. $$$

I am telling you, every guy should have a nose hair trimmer! And if it's from Newegg you can probably overclock it.

Just be sure not to overclock it too much, or you might be left with only one nostril.

Rice cookers!!!!!!!!! Come on now, newegg is in Cali and a lot of people are looking for rice cookers now

Whoa, what's the serial on that Panasonic nose hair trimmer? Is it the AFROFA stepping that can be overclocked???

Gee, that nose trimmer could come in handy! I should pick one up the next time I buy a video card from Newegg 🙂

Edit: It looks like Newegg carries almost everything that Panasonic makes. Even the bikini area groomer! :Q

i like the new line of USB 2.0 Rice cookers, they cook more that twice as fast than USB 1.0

Ditto, I hope they make a firewire version, my Imac needs one badly!
