Actually, it's a little known codicil of the government's dairy subsidy act that prohibits the sale of chicken milk due to high levels of Sam and Ella two known milk terrorists bent on poisoning our precious bodily fluids.

Unfortunately the government requires pasteurization of all milk products. The pasteurization of chicken milk is a delicate procedure and hasn't been perfected yet.

Chicken milk also contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
