Why cant Chinese people grow facial hair?

Not those long beards, beards like the hispters. Something like Brady Coopers beard, you get the idea. Just wondering, I never ever seen a chinese male with a beard. Why?

I'm Filipino and I can't grow a beard. It never gets thick enough. I suspect the same for Chinese.

I'm Chinese. My beard-growing isn't bad, but I've never tried growing it out properly. I can't really see the attracting of having an itchy, hot, useless bunch of hair on your chin tbh.

I find having to shave all the time to be a PITA. Well, not my ass, but the wife's ass. The day after I shave it is like sandpaper and she hates the carpet burns between her legs/cheeks.
