All this Type-R bashing- yes Lozer is a moron, but don't diss the car(the real one). ITRs are some of the most balanced, intense and fun cars in the world. Even for a FWD car you get very little understeer, incredibly quick responses and excellent braking. I bet less than 1% of the people on the forums would be able to use 100% of the ITRs abilities- and I'm not talking about driving down a dragstrip. Take a ITR around a closed circuit or even a secluded back road, and I think almost everyone will understand what the fuss is about. Its not just its superb braking, balanced handling, direct steering, the near motorcyclish bark of the VTEC transistion- its all of them. True, keeping the power on tap requires keeping the rpms on boil- and I mean really really high boiling- but its not for every man. This car is made for die-hard drivers.
Just thought I'd clear that up =. In any case, since starting my new job =D, I've had the opportunity to ride in the M5, Ferrari 355 and 360 Modena as well as every Porsche under the sun. All I can say is that...good jeez- you really do get what you pay for. But boo to all my coworkers who don't trust me to drive their cars.
