I won't bother filling this post, instead, I'll just provide the URL to my story about Best Buy and how they screwed me over three weeks...

Why would you continue to give them your money?

You really deserve what you get because you're still giving them chances. this is why they treat their customers like crap. because you let them. good job OP, it's all your fault.

"Left the store around 10:45 - almost three hours in the store." Right here is where you problem started and you should have backed away from the whole thing. No way in hell I would have stayed there 3 hours to purchase a TV.
I'm expecting to see an update on the 17th saying how they screwed you yet again.

The problem is I don't have a car big enough to pickup from a store. Renting something will be more costly than what Best Buy offers. Best Buy's delivery and setup charge ($80) is hundreds under anything anyone else asks for. I'm also draggin this up three flights of very narrow stairs.
I've seen posts about BB calling the polic on them for less than that. Nothing good is likely to come of that. I have never had a problem with my local BB but I do little biz with them as well. Circuit City screwed me though, and they no longer enjoy my patronage. As with other areas of consumption, I am finding that excellent customer service is worth paying a premium for, and adjusting my shopping habits accordingly.Originally posted by: torpid

How expensive is this TV? A year of free financing is better than $125 back up front?

Dude you are a fvcking pussy! I would have told everyone in the store to lick my balls from the first mistake and immediately put myself in contact with Best Buy's Corporate Office and told them how crappy things are going with that store, they would put the right pressure on them and get you what you needed out of no where and in time.
I kid you not I have gotten a Best Buy MOD fired before under 5 minutes. Hell, last time I was in Best Buy I fvkcing ripped their faces apart and walked out the door with $700 in my pocket no questions asked.
Customers go to Best Buy for Best Buy to profit of them, when I go to that piece of sht Best Buy, I am the one making the profit.
When I walk into my local BB they know they are about to be dominated, especially after I got that piece of sht MOD fired, no one dares to argue with me they just know I am right and bend over before me.
Do yourself a favor and stop buying stuff from places that treat you like sht mmkay? Especially if you don't know how to punch assholes and liars in the face.

Sorry but you're partially to blame here. Even though they keep kicking you in the nuts, you keep going back to them and shelling out more money?
