Werd, GMT is the BEST timezone! One zone to rule them all, one zone to find them, one zone to bring them all, and in the darkness bind them.

I think I can top that.
The perfect storm:
Monday night my wife had a 2.5 hour incisional hernia repair from a hysterectomy gone bad 5 years ago. She had been living with it and thinking it was normal to hurt some and have scar tissue, but working out every day got it to tearing all over the place.
I set the alarm every 5 hours for her percocet. But wait, there's more.
Last night after my friends left, I started to get sick to my stomach. I spiraled down quick till I was in the bathroom doing the classic two step with the trash can. I know she can barely get up, and I know she wants to help. Hell, I was fine.
I'm in there yelling " don't get up I'm fine bLEEARGH!" "I said wait there RALPH!!"
She got up of course:D
I literally cannot remember the last time I got sick, it has been many many years.

yes indeed. If she does not move, the percocet works. No amount of it will handle the pain of getting up and down, and one lays her out for about 3 out of the 5 hours.
