Why are some people so ignorant

I don't know if anyone has mentioned it... but ignorance is a lack of knowledge. You can't blame someone for being ignorant about something you're knowledgeable about... I bet you're ignorant about a lot of things they're knowledgeable about as well.

On the other hand... if by ignorant you meant stupid, or dumb, or that they lack intelligence, then I agree... there are many people who lack intelligence and it's annoying.

I went to school for CS too. Thank god I'm not in that field anymore.
