You would think a website dedicated to technology wouldn't be home to a forum dedicated to hate, greed, and fear. How in the world are obvious trolls/shills allowed to keep posting?

At the same time, if you can truly think and reason properly, you can only have compassion for them. Nobody would be as as absurdly stupid as they appear to be intentionally. Just like gay folk who would never choose to expose themselves to all the hate and misery gay people get from being born gay, they have brain defects that can be scientifically seen and measured, that are not of their own making. They were shamed as children and as a means of coping will never feel shame again. All of their thinking and actions are to shame other people and prevent them from feeling it. It's a brain defect that manifests as a disease, one that formed so they could survive the brain defective parents that raised them. So don't be mad. Try to have some compassion. They really really really aren't to blame.

It would seem people don't like to have their opinion muted and banned. It hurts their pride. This is why we see so many returning banned members, there are just more right leaning ebts than left leaning. Same bird, different feathers but one is far more amusing... the other is very boring.

Yes, but as adults, one has to take responsiblity for one's own thoughts and attitudes. While yes, it is sad when someone can't accept their own natures, one is not doomed to be prisoner of it. Some posters here post for no other reason than to "stir s**t," then sit back to watch the fireworks. And it's tolerated.

Hahaa, don't care. I've never seen a more repulsive, disgusting pit of ignorance and intolerance. What doesn't make sense is it's home in on a computer geek forum, where one would assume you'd find at least higher than normal intelligence. It would be expected on Fox's site, or Limbaugh, Hannity, Savage, etc. Shameful.

OP, you need to get out more. Visit the countryside, meet the people.

The Left and Right of this forum are reasonable representations of both halves of the United States. We're also fortunate to have some global points of view as well.
