You guys are amatuers, everyone knows Marvel had cards way back when that released their ratings on a variety of factors (strength, intelligence, speed, ect.)

yup yup...i still have an unopened case of Marvel Masterpieces I and II. i wonder if they're worth anything. Probably not due to mass production in their time.

Ok, I've been confused about this for a while. I thought Logans only power was his super fast regeneration, which made him the best candidate for the adamantium skeletal system.
 
The Living Tribunal is neutral, as is Eternity and such. The Spectre from DC took on the Anti-Monitor to a standstill, so I'd say he's the most powerful super-hero.

You can't. There is nothing that could sever his spinal cord (it's wrapped in adamantium).

No, he also has all of the other abilities. Like in the beginning of X-men when he smells rogue in the back of his truck. Or in X-2 when he hears them entering the house.

The Beyonder was caught off guard and Doom stole his powers. Doom had the chance to flex a bit of omnipotent muscle, but the Beyonder, with the help of the heroes, eventually regained his powers. The Beyonder, humbled by the experience, was in no mood to continue his little game and left the combatants stranded.
