Just an FYI, big update from n0tch today killed the hey0 server mod until hey0 releases an update. I've decided to keep the server offline until he releases an update to prevent people from dying immediately when they log in by a rogue creeper in the middle of the night (like I did, lol).

Server will be back up as soon as the hey0 mod is updated.

Did this also account for the fact that the last two times I logged in, all my inventory was wiped? I mean, it is less of an issue, I didn't have anything in there i couldn't replace quickly and easily (or really easily by /item-ing it to myself) but it was a little annoying.

The last update from n0tch/hey0 was causing accounts to become corrupted and people couldn't pick stuff up, so I wiped the accounts. Actually, I didn't wipe them as much as I backed them up into a zip file and then deleted them all. If the current update fixes that problem, then I can put all the old ones back in, otherwise, hopefully this update fixes the problem and it won't be an issue going forward.

Kind of. For now, I've given everyone the ability to give themselves items. There are items that are locked down, fire, tnt, and a few other things, otherwise everything should be available.

Self-give responsibly.

Also , I logged in, logged out, logged back in, and my previous self was still there. That was weird.

Update: Disabled all plugins except waypoints for now until they're updated, since they seem to be breaking certain aspects of the game at this point. I'll re-enable them as updated versions come out.

Beta has been released! I think that means that the server has to be updated too, as I'm unable to get to it.

The server we normally play on is: grady.boldlygoingnowhere.org

oh ok i'll wait for the op to update his server. I tried accessing that ip and wasn't able to. I thought you guys had migrated to another one.
 
Not to my knowledge, but I haven't seen many folks on lately. Maybe they all did move and I missed the memo 😛

I don't think so though. I think a lot of folks burned out on it and have been waiting for the update.
 
Server is up, but there are currently no mods until Hey0 or one of his minions update their server mod software. Hey0 is out of town til the 24th, but hopefully someone who works with him will release some sort of update in the meantime.

SMP is broken, so I pulled it offline for now. N0tch is supposed to release another update today hopefully.

His latest tweet - "So many bugs, so few days before xmas!"

Glad he pushed this into beta so quickly. Obviously it was ready, lol.
 
Can you guys add me to the server? My in game name is boobless. I tried playing on a public server last night and some guy was dropping lava on the spawn...

You don't have to be added, you can just join.

Unfortunately until n0tch releases a working update, I've got the server offline, I'll post an update here once it's back up and running.
 
For the very little time I was on with the new update before it was pulled... I still noticed the bug where if you drop your tool and pick it up it's healed. I mean I like it but it's still an unfixed bug.
