Whole roasted chickens taste better, esp if you cook w/ the skin.

Discuss.

Well then, I'm glad I got chicken breast at $1.66/lb the other week.

Not sure about value but the breast is the best part of the chicken, by far, in my book.

The breast is just all white meat which is too dry and tasteless. Dark meat is where it's at.

It's a blank palette upon which you create your dish. It's dry and tasteless only if you suck as a cook.

Fat=juiciness/taste

White meat doesn't have enough fat.

Drumsticks are the perfect food. Delicious meat, with an easy to hold handle that keeps you from getting messed up too badly :^)

Sushi's different. The flavors are delicate, and it doesn't choke you going down the way white poultry does.

I love it when my chicken chokes me. It's so perverse, and a nice change from the normal routine.

Yes. And sushi is never dry/bland/tasteless and usually fatty as fuck.

But fish is low on fat, no?

Look at those lines of fat
I actually think this is too fatty - I can only eat 1-2 pieces of toro a night (esp the higher end toro's) because it's so goddamn fatty
I don't know if this is fatty, but it can't be healthy
not a lean fish...

I mean there's definitely some leaner fish, but they all differ in textural contrast as well as taste.

Either way, you're wrong, and a nice chicken breast can be juicy and delicious :p

While this is true, dark > white. Always.

And if you think white > dark, well then you're just one racist frog.
