It's weird, I've tried a few different methods (I suffer from moderate insomnia) and klonopin has been by far the best for me. It eliminates all the stress I'm under and eases me off to sleep, then I wake up refreshed and in a good mood (which obviously goes away the instant I log into AT).

I guess. Not every night though, just at my discretion. I think I get like 100 pills a month, but I only use about 1/2 that.
 
I had some bad back spasms the other day, and figured I'd never get to sleep. My wife has some flexoral for a similar neck spasm, so I took <1>. just one. there are very little.



I was sooo fvcked up!!!! friends came over, and I'd drift in and out of it, and say, " but it was just a little pill!!"
The next day, I was like hung over till 11.😕
I'll never take a whole one again, and only if I am hurting so bad I'd never get any sleep any other way.
 
One of the things I have read/heard about Klonipin is that it is one of the longest acting benzodiazepines. Like 12 hours as opposed to 4-6.

It's a balancing act between enough to put me to sleep and so much that the next day I am all bklhfghkjdsgfhdsf

I also have Gabapentene (Neurontin) which is pretty cool also, it's still a trial-and-error situation.

I used to like to do the same thing with <insert amphetamine du jour here> and copious amounts of alcohol.

Funny I should see this thread. 3 out of the past 4 days I go to bed 11-11:30pm and I wake up at 2am 🙁. One of those days the 2nd out of the 4 days I slept SO good. This is so poor. Got to be in 3.5hrs.
