I used to take Klonopin to sleep...knocked me right out. I don't remember them making me tired in the morning, though.

do so many people have such severe psychological problems they need to medicate themselves?

...seems directly correlated to how much Klonipin I took the night before.

GO figure.

are you on those indefinitely?

I guess. Not every night though, just at my discretion. I think I get like 100 pills a month, but I only use about 1/2 that.
and just what do you do with the other 50?

I used to have back spasms that kept me from getting a full nights sleep...10-15mg Diazapam (Valium) worked really well for me with virtually no side-effects, then my doctor suggested I try Clonazepam instead because he thought I could use a smaller dose & get the same effect ... stuff made me feel like the rubber-band man for like two days after I took it & that was from only 5mg, needless to say I stopped taking it. Just goes to show how different people have widely varying results from the same medication!

I had some bad back spasms the other day, and figured I'd never get to sleep. My wife has some flexoral for a similar neck spasm, so I took <1>. just one. there are very little.

I was sooo fvcked up!!!! friends came over, and I'd drift in and out of it, and say, " but it was just a little pill!!"
The next day, I was like hung over till 11.
I'll never take a whole one again, and only if I am hurting so bad I'd never get any sleep any other way.

Flexoril? Funny, it never did anything to me. I took it and there was 0 effect.

It just goes to show the point mentioned above, that different folks get different effects.
I also had a bad time with most painkillers. I'd rather deal wtih the pain than take most of them.

I just don't fill the prescription every month. It's not like it's automatic, I just go to the pharmacy when I run out. I don't have any friends that like them or anything.

Just for the record, I also have a script for lorazepm. That ****** does ****** me up for the whole next day, that's why my doc switched me to Klonnies.

RE: Painkillers (aka PKs) I love those, I swear if I had access to them I would get addicted. Out of the ones I have tried (Codeine, Hydrocodone (Vicodin) and Oxycodone (percocet, oxycontin) OXyC is by far the best. I can crush up 2 20 mg Oxycontins and still function, but just be in bliss.
