Since Spider man can only use that web crap, I think Batman.
But Spiderman's got his SpiderSense that would tell him that Batman was attacking instead of hiding waiting to surprise him somewhere like he usually does with his victims, so I'd think Spiderman.
But Batman has totally cool toys that can attack from many sides, confusing or overloading Spiderman's SpiderSense, so I think Batman...

I'm confused....

My girlfriend at the time thought that spidey would win, and we couldn't settle the debate, so I made a forum to discuss it.

Anyway, that was the first sign of trouble in the relationship, I should have known she'd turn out to be a bitch if she couldn't even recognize the supreme kickassedness of batman over spiderman.

My vote is for Batman, They allways make batman win to show that he will go to any length to win if he believes what he is doing is right.... remember Batman is crazy... spiderman is the kooky kid superhero who is full of jokes and stuff he never wants to hurt people.... Bruce is always barely managing to restrain himself from killing people....

we all know that spidey would be out there singing "I whooped batman's ass!" by wesley willis He's got special skills, all bruce has is money and some nice toys. his only trick is stealth and fighting ability. Spiderman has that plus a hell of a lot more strength and the webbing too.

Apart from that, i just realized that i am engaging in a serious debate about two ficticous characters. I think i need to go read something sor school

Anyway, I believe New Diet Pepsi Twist with Barry Bostwick would win. But if I'm limited to only the caped crusader and the webslinger, I'd have to say Spidey. Only because I've had a dream when I was a kid (last week?) that I was spiderman and I've never even thought about being batman.
