I think we did this one awhile back, but I like to see the responses anyway. Especially anyone who says Batman (usually they have decent arguments for being crazy)

Easy one. Spiderman.

He's stronger.
He's got the spidey-sense.
More agility

Batman has

All his bat crap
That belt
Some Gymnastic classes
Good fighting skills.

H3ll, Spidey punked the entire X-Men crew in Secret Wars.:)

Depends on what territory.
If it's in Gotham City and Batman has all his normal tools at his disposal, Spiderman would have a hell of a battle.
If it's anywhere else where Batman isn't familiar with, then Bruce is pretty much screwed
How I love hypothetical VS. threads... :D

Spiderman. Batman is just a regular dude. Spiderman has spidey sense plus a way cooler outfit.

Does batman get to use the batplane or batcar?

Give either super-hero some major kick-ass gun and they could probably waste the other one... Better yet, can Batman drop a nuclear bomb on Spiderman, or in the vicinity of Spiderman? Batman wins, hands down.

I say spiderman, he can hit batman with that freaky stuff and then batman won't be able to get out. (freaky stuff = spider freaky stuff)

Spiderman would w00p Bats. He has so much agility, that it'd be over before Batman realized it had begun.

So simple. Spidey would rectally pillage Batman in a fight, as Spidey had the "spider-sense", super-agility, super-strength, and all of the mobility options Batman has via his Bat-tools, built-in :)

And if Batman wanted to use any more, interesting tools (nukes, planes, etc.), Spidey will pay a visit to the Fantastic Four HQ, holla at Dr. Reed Richards for a bit, pick up something like the Sonic Gun, and TEAR the Bat-plane, copter, boat, sub, or mobile to shreds in a few shots....

You people are picturing Batman vs Spiderman in a fist fight. OBVIOUSLY Spiderman would win over Batman, regardless of how much better Batman's fighing abilities are. You DONT realize however, that batman rarely uses physical power to overcome his opponents. He uses stealth, cunning, and LOTS of cool gadgets (way more then in the movies :p). He basically knows Gotham City like his back hand. In one comic he even manages to disappear from Superman until he reveals himself. The fight would not be as one sided as you all think :p

Batman. Why? 'cause he's more marketable. He's done three movies, compared to the one Spidey will eventually have. He also had a show in the 60s, tho they both have cartoons. As we all know, the one that is more marketable is usually the one that will win in the end.

But Spiderman uses stealth almost as much as he does, without cover of darkness or anything! Simply his climbing/sticking, and super-agility and jumping ability, with moderate stealthiness, works pretty much like Batman, and considering Spiderman is usually outmatched by the super-villains he fights, he relies on cunning and stealth to defeat opponents...a lot more cunning though, and a lot of science as well...

Batman fought his share of super powered villains himself. He could definitely track Spiderman around his city with relative ease. Chances are, Spiderman would not even see Batman until the end. The only thing that saves Spiderman from getting defeated easily in Gotham is his spider sense. Without that, he wouldn't even be a challenge in Gotham

You guys are neglecting Batmans best trait, his mind. He isn't the 'leader' of the Justice League and Superman doesnt' take orders from Batman for nothing. Perhaps in a fight, Batman would even be able to beat Superman in a fight because Batman would not be stupid enough to rely soley on physical prowess, he'd bring some kryptonitne. He isn't the 'detective' for fun. Just my .02 :p
