Not really, Al-Jazeera shows stuff that may be disagreeable to American viewers, ie: human causalties, civilian destruction etc, but they do so to provide an accurate depiction of war.
If by accurate you mean self-serving.... How can any source dwell on casualties without eventually passing judgement one way or the other just by its coverage? Every news station I watched, CNN, FOX, MSNBC... they all showed pictures of the various hospital footage taken by Abu Dhabi, they showed the remains of the bombed marketplaces, some degree of hurt felt by the Iraqi people. But AJ highlights it and waves it around as an Anti-American banner. For every civilian waving a white flag and shooting at us that we kill, we are blamed for killing innocents. For every Iraqi citizen shot in the back by their own while trying to flee their city or give up combat, we are blamed for being monsters. For the kids they huddle in tanks or government targets as shields, we are cowboy aggressors. Sure, you'll see a different perspective, but it wouldn't be completely accurate and nonsensationalized.
