Since when have the Republicans been redeemed  If you consider winning a midterm election redemption thats just Sad.

And to be so bold as the Dems require redemption after only 2yrs, is laughable when considering the 8yrs of GOP debauchery that went before

Really, when have the Republicans ever redeemed themselves? lol

They haven't even apologized yet for the freak'in horrendous mess they left the country in during the Bush years, let alone actually attempting to redeem themselves.

You will not see this on either side of the aisle because those are the majority of the voting population.

If either party were serious about doing what is in the best interest of the country, there would be no need for attack ads, political grandstanding or Rovian tactics.

Both parties would be able to sit at a table and discuss an issue in a civilized manner; making their case as bluntly yet respectfully as possible while listening to the other side and then trying to find a common ground that will benefit the majority but leaving both the far left and far right pissed off.

Don't expect to see that anytime in our lifetime anymore though.

I think we are the biggest ones to blame for not seeing that in our political leadership. By that I mean to say that we need to become a better civilization to see better leadership.

Everyone bears responsibility in achieving this, but we are in a time where responsibility is not reflected well in our society.
