I only drive drunk.

jk.

But srsly, what is aggravated unlicensed driving?

Also, I love threads like these because they let me know which people on AT I would actually hate in real life.

Because he caused an accident.

If he had gotten pulled over for speeding, then its just DWLS. Cause an accident or injury and its aggravated.

bull shit it does not take 2 minutes to pass someone if it does you're doing it wrong.

Let me type slowly for you. I know this reading thing is hard:

Pickup truck was in the left lane to pass the semi (that's the bigger truck in the right lane). He didn't get a chance to because the Camaro tried to pass on the right and cut him off.

See, your argument was the pickup shouldn't have been in the left lane. He was in the left lane so he could pass the big truck.

Make sense?

It wouldn't be aggravated unlicensed driving. Not unless they could somehow retroactively revoke his license to when he began driving like a jerk. He must have had his license taken previously, maybe for points or (more likely) a prior alcohol offense.

Did your parents have any children that lived?

@ 56 seconds the truck starts to pass the semi

from 1:13 to 2:25 he stays nose and nose with the semi.

tell me he wasn't blocking on purpose.

None.

I'm not sure if you're serious, didn't see the video, or you're just being an asshole. The pickup driver had plenty of opportunity to pass the truck. He was clearly blocking the lane on purpose. The Camaro didn't keep him from doing anything.

he never tried to pass the semi for over a minute they were nose and nose for a minute he was purposely being a cunthammer.

He was trying to pass the semi when the camaro tried to pass him on the right.
He then cock blocked the camaro.

Can we agree on that?

Where does everyone live that the left lane is for passing only? Does this rule apply 24/7 or only non rush hour? If rush hour is that in the law? Seriously i usually drive in the left lane because i drive when there is other traffic and it is not feasible for everyone to be in the right lane only. I have never seen anyone get a ticket for driving in the left lane and not passing. If there is a gap in front of me and someone comes up behind me i will move over but if there is no gap i will not move over.

Do you make sense? No, not even a tiny shred of sense.

He was not passing the truck. He made no attempt to pass the truck. When given a chance to pass the truck he matched the trucks speed exactly and created a moving roadblock so that nobody could pass the truck.

In my state the rule is "slower traffic keep right". Its a very simple rule that works almost all the time. If there isn't much traffic and you are in the far left lane, you should be the fastest moving car. If a car going faster comes up behind you, you should move to the right. If its high traffic, then the slower cars keep to the right.

Its not complicated.
