i really want some fries with ranch. My personal fav. fries are from Islands (restaurant) with their ranch...its pure goodness
As far as frys go chain style...In N Out fries well done (animal style sometimes, sometimes with just ketchup)

I prefer In-N-Out, but McDonald's also has decent fries. That said, I hardly eat fast food.

McDonalds fries used to be the best fast-food before they changed to the lower fat receipe... Now I prefer BK in ketchup or somtimes plain.
My favorite fries overall are the ones I make myself at home.. red potatoes deep fried in corn oil... super-messy but yummmm!

For some reason I like Burger Kings fries. I prefer them to McDonalds. In-n-Out fries are tasty too. But to me they look unappealing, like soggy with oil and unhealthy. But once you get past that they taste good though. But Burger King has both appeal and taste. I like the crisp crunch i get when i bite into them.


But all said and done Curly Fries are my favorite.

amongst those choices, McDonalds / ketchup. but my local diner makes some pretty mean disco fries (fries + cheese + gravy)

in pittsburgh there's a place called the 'O' that makes some really good fries. a 'small' portion is good enough for a meal, and a 'large' will easily feed a family of four!
