I don't think Chipotle is refilling his bottles...more like he's "borrowing" Chipotle's bottles ;)

I love it on everything. It's great on pizza, eggs, and the best is dipping fries in it!

Put it this way: I buy the big bottles from Costco! Can't have too much tabasco.

Green tabasco is kinda mild but tasty. If you get the original formula try mixing it up with some ketchup, salt, and pepper, it makes a great sauce for french fries, burgers, and chicken sandwiches!

Different tools for different jobs.

I prefer Cholula in Mexican/Tex-Mex/Southwestern style cooking. Tamazula/Valentina are also very good.

But I prefer Tabasco on more southern things like eggs, fried chicken, jambalaya, etc.

I like Texas Pete on buffalo chicken cheesesteaks.

I'm not really interested in "hot." Flavor is my concern. Tabasco, Cholula, Tamazula aren't all that hot, but they taste great. I've never understood the fascination with things like Dave's and Blair's. "I'm sure this chili would taste great if I could taste it..."

What a timely thread for Tabasco. I just bought a big ass bottle of it on Tuesday and was reveling in all its glory. To me it's the perfect blend of heat and taste. I do not like my tongue burning off without having any sense of taste of the sauce and I think Tabasco is quite flavorful and I can literally drink it out of the bottle.
