My son's on the autism spectrum (high functioning) and I think that's how they're kind of portraying Sheldon to a point. So I relate to Sheldon's character the best

Pretty much everyone in my family gets excited about weird things haha, so its easy why I might relate to it, Also my brother has autism so it runs in my family, I might be autismy myself sometimes haha. First time I saw that show I told all my friends that Sheldon fit the criteria perfect, he's so adorable haha

That's starting to become the problem... it's appealing to the masses who think acting nerd is the thing to do, so it's not really that nerdy. I still enjoy the show for the characters, just not the full frontal nerdity they claim to produce.
