The name of the show is looney tunes. The name of a character could easily be said to be a looney toon. "Looney Toon charactor" makes no sense. You could ask Which character in Looney Tunes was your favorite, I suppose. But I think the OP was the best way to word the question.

Roadrunner and Coyote. Favorite episode has to be when road runner and speedy gonzalez was having a race in the desert. Coyote and sylvester teamed up to catch them both.

Bugs Bunny Gets the Boid (1942, R. Clampett): A mama vulture sends out her kids to fetch some eats. Slow-witted Killer resists but she forces him to at least bag a little rabbit. He attempts to sic Bugs, with the usual results. 9/10.

Wile E Coyote ("super genius") (I agree - the episode with Bugs was the best with WEC)
Pete Puma (ohhhh tree or fourrrrrrrr)
Mac and Tosh (the two crazy gophers who were super polite)

and, of course,
Commander X-2: Marvin Martian "Oh, the earth? I am going to blow it up.... Oh dear. Someone has taken the Ioludium PU-36 Explosive Space Modulatorrrrr?"
