The absolute best Looney Toon Cartoon was "Rabbit Seasoning."

Hands down the funniest episode of them all.

I'm going to have to go ahead and disagree with you there bob.

The name of the show is looney tunes. The name of a character could easily be said to be a looney toon. "Looney Toon charactor" makes no sense. You could ask Which character in Looney Tunes was your favorite, I suppose. But I think the OP was the best way to word the question.

I like Bugs the most.

Wile Coyote + Roadrunner cartoons always frustrated me even at a young age. I never understood why Wile couldn't just buy some food with the vast amount of cash he spends on ACME products. It defied my 8 year old logic.
 
Wile E. Coyote's best episode was not with the Road Runner, but with Bugs Bunny.

"Allow me to introduce myself. I am Wile E. Coyote, Super Genius." 😀
 
Wile Coyote's plight with not being able to catch roadrunner or bugs reminds me of a nerd's inability to attain hot women.

They come up with all these complicated systems but end up failing anyways.

Maybe thats the other reason I don't like Wile Coyote cartoons.
