There are probably a ton of players that you never hear about, like some of the O-line guys that are probably very classy. Of the people considered to be stars I'd say here are some:

Emmit, Harrison, Holmes, Peyton, Elway, Rod Smith, Cris Carter, Delhomme,

There are alot of guys in the NFL that are classy players. You usually don't read about them, since T.O., Deion, etc. like to take the headlines.

 

Just about any offensive lineman.
