Who in Anandtech has bad eyes?

Old eyes ... one eye is far-sighted, the other is near-sighted but going far-sighted. Reading and distance glasses, though I can manage without them if necessary.
 
My rihgt eye is -10.25, my left is -7.5. I wear glasses whenever I read, go on the computer, or try to read the board.
 
It's quite amazing though...Just about every one needs or wears eye correction. Not many with good eye's...

WHAT? Isn't -10.25 about as high as it gets? I'm -4.75 and I can't even drive without glasses or contacts. I can't even see the poster on the wall with the letters on it. It's just a big grey circle to me.

I can't even imagine -10.25. :Q

I think -14 is the highest it gets.

Yeah, my eyes are pretty bad. My right eye couldn't even see the E. It was all a big blur.

Yea I can't even see the big E @ -4.75. Is Lasix or wave guide even an option for you?
 
I used to have to wear glasses/contacts till I stopped whacking off with my eyes open. well, maybe the lasik had something to do with it too.
 
Man, is 15% a standard number of the population? Seems really really low. I'd say 15% of my friends wear glasses/contacts of any sort.

Does ATOT cause blindness or something?
