I take a few. not many admit it though because of taboo. ITS JUST LIKE DIABETES its a disease. aside forem being jittery thats the only side effect i have. and my cat helps.
 
Nope, but I've given it some honest thought at times. The side effects seem like they suck, but can't be worse than not taking them if you're feeling terrible day to day.
