A guy I work with who must be 300 lbs, eats McDonald's for breakfast and lunch every day, and then raids the snack machine at least 5 times during the day. He also smokes like a chimney, yet supposedly he has diabetes. You think he'd try to take care of himself with that condition....
I try to eat healthy, being a runner and all, but I still go to Taco Bell maybe once every month or so and I do eat little microwave meals. But I rarely drink soda anymore and I actually do feel a difference with the healthier diet.
