Not me. I've got one of the best diets.

I'm a vegan, full fledge baby! I'm healthy, energetic, and aware.

I ate nothing but wendy's for a week... realized what I was doing to myself and have abruptly stopped. I'm trying not to eat fast food AT ALL anymore.

I eat fast food quite a bit. I would estimate that I have McD's 2-3 times a week and fast food in general about 4-5 times on top of that per week. I'm planning on changing my diet anytime now -- my metabolism is catching up to me and I'm putting on weight like crazy (I've gone from ~145lbs. to 195 in the span of 18 months after having been 135-145 for 6 years).

Unfortunately yes, with my work schedule McDonald's is a part of my life every day.

I used to eat fast-food everyday, switching between Wendy's and McDonalds. I kept this up for about 6 months. I didn't balloon out though, I maintained my weight. This was only like a month ago but after some cajouling from my girlfriend and some friends I've realized that it is that bad for you.

Time to watch Supersizeme :)

Have you considered taking lunch with you? It's a pretty good solution.

Having a busy schedule isn't really an excuse for eating poorly.

Or subway or something! Mcdonalds does have some edible things on their meal plan though like a salad with fat free italian. I don't know if they have grilled chicken sandwhiches or not, but most fast food places are quite usable even if you want to eat heathily.

I would love to, unfortunately as yet that hasn't worked out.

I work 5 AM - 9:15 PM, come home & crash, & do it again. On weekends I typically sleep at least 16 hours one of the nights, last weekend I slept from 2 AM Sunday morning to 4 AM Monday morning. I was up for maybe 30 minutes during that time.

I am trying to come up with a way to shop/plan meals/etc.

No luck thus far.

You can try putting a cooler in your car and filling it with ICE. Within it you could store anything from sandwhiches to yogurt :)

I hope you're making exceptional money to rationalize working such insane hours.

I try not to eat fast food, unless you consider Boston Market fast food anyway. ;) Other than that I eat healthy most of the time, and I'm not drinking soda anymore. (yay, 2 days soda free!) Next will be dropping coffee out of my diet and I'll be caffeine free!

I eat fast food probably less than once a month on average unless you count pizza, in which case it would be about twice a month.

Not really (About $45K/year), but I am making rapid progress on paying off my debt. Significantly higher income than I would normally have, plus no time/energy/desire to spend money = CC bills shrink.

Wow Viper, I just now realized where your sig is from.

Not that it has anything to do with fast food... unless we're talking Oriental establishments. ;)

Yesterday I had no breakfast, had a regular size classic italian from Quizno's for lunch, one of those giant Costco muffins around 4:00, enchiladas at Dos Coyotes for dinner, and probably a soda or two thrown in there somewhere.

That's a pretty typical day of eating for me.

I used to, but about a month ago stopped and also swtiched to water. I don't eat exceptionally healthy, but I just cut out the really bad stuff (pizza, fast food except for subway). I started exercising too so its not entirely my diet, but so far I've lost 27 pounds down from 255.
