*** WHO HAS THE BEST PIZZA? ***

They don't have that much Sbarro's here in VA, but whenever I'm on a road trip I always try to stop by at a Sbarro's (I think they're mostly in NY). They're damn good compared to the rest. Normally though I order from Papa Johns.

Papa Johns.

Better ingredients, better pizza.

I've ordered from them for the last 2 years.. I'm kinda getting bored but Pizza Hut's slices are too godamn oily and the customer support/service/people are sh!tty where I live.. When I was a kid it was only Dominos.. Papa johns wasn't as big .. have to re-try Dominos.

I don't like Papa John's because the toppings just float on the sauce. One incomplete bite and all the toppings come off. I have never had the problem domino's so go Domino's!

Papa Johns is way better than Pizza Hut and Dominos. I love the garlic side dip that they giveand I always order an extra one of those.

But the best pizza here in Atlanta is at Fellini's.

How is this even a fair vote, when there's an "other" option? I'm near Chicago, we can put Lou Malnati's & Giordano's up there above all that. We've got tons of other smaller regional places, then all the locals. If I were to choose the ones above, I'd go Dominos, but it's a faaaar far distance behind everything else we've got in Chicago.

Papa Johns and Dominos are tolerable. Pizza Hut gives me the sh!ts and bad heart burn.

Local pizzerias are definitely the best and can have deals just as good as the pizza chains.

No Papa John's here, so I can't judge theirs, but Domino's is probably the WORST "store-bought" pizza I've ever had. Only had one Sbarro pizza and wasn't impressed at all, and Pizza Hut just seems far too greasy for my tastes.

We have Mountain Mike's which is OK, Me & Ed's which is better, and one lone remaning Round Table which kicks all their asses.
In one of the neighboring towns, (maybe a 15 mile drive) there is the only GodFather's Pizza in the area...Not bad, but not great either.

Seems like the independently owned neighborhood pizza joints can't compete against the prices of the chain pizza shops and have been folding left & right lately.

None of the national chains can compete with most local pizza shops. But of the chains, I guess I'd pick Papa Johns for no particular reason.

LOL why does AT have such distaste with the large food chains? Dominos kicks ass 😛
Come visit Chicago some time, we'll show you what a *real* pizza is supposed to taste like.

Locally owned pizza places ftw.
A lot of places don't have local pizza shops.

Really? I'm in a town with only about 6000 people in the area and there are two locally owned pizzerias. The only chain one is Pizza Hut.
