in the past 2 weeks i've gotten a new case, motherboard, psu, motherboard, video card, and ram. only thing i didn't get was my cd-rom, my sound card, and my hard drive - rig below:

Coolermaster ATC-201
Intel p4 2.0A o/ced to 2.75ghz
Asus P4S533
512MB Samsung PC2700
Enermax 430 watt PSU
MSI GeForce3 64mb
Turtle Beach Santa Cruz
Western Digital 120GB "Special Edition" Hard Drive

dunno if that counts as getting a whole new machine, but it's certainly a lot faster than my old one :)

Still running my OLD (3 month) system, Dual 1.1Ghz Durons. I am about to put in a couple of Athlon XP 1600+'s.

Nope. I haven't even gotten a whole new system in the last two years. I'm starting to feel the age on it.

Sweet! :D (That would make a great Linux box :p )

I've got my new 17" iMac, to complement my "old" Athlon XP 1800+/Asus A7V266E combo.

This computer is new to me...but not really new. I bought a used Dell Optiplex GX1 P2 333 from a friend for $40. It is now happily running SETI@Home on Win2k and puts out at a rate of 1 WU every ~16.5 hours.

I got my Inspiron 8200 about 3 months ago but I'm not jealous. I'm still very happy with it and it feels like it is still new.

Not a completely new rig, but I did get an Athlon XP 1700+, Epox 8K3AE MB, 512MB of PC2700 DDR & a GeForce4 Ti4200 128MB.

:D

Edit: This was an upgrade from an AMD K6-2 475MHz, 256MB of PC100 and a Voodoo3 2000 16MB.

Nope. I've made a deal with myself to not upgrade until the available processor speeds have doubled. For video cards I skip every other generation, and also get the best when I upgrade my mobo/mem/CPU.

This means I wont be upgrading until 4.0Ghz or higher... which should be about the middle of next year.
