While I love to watch football and I really love to watch football on Thanksgiving, I'm not sure how crazy I am about 3 games that day. Teams just never seem to have their act together in those games.

Hoping my Raiders can pull out a victory over the Cowgirls though!

what do you think guys? Time for Superbowl picks?

If I had to put up a guess right now, I'd say Saints vs New England with Brees pulling out a win.

The Raiders are a giant mystery. How the heck did they know that Pryor would be a decent starting quarterback? Their success with him flies in the face of their recent history.

It's so late in the season, and they still have a chance at the playoffs. I would say they're turning a corner, but I've said that too many times over the years.

In that scenario, I wouldn't give Brees/Saints a puncher's chance of winning. Remember where and when they're playing. February and MetLife Stadium----New Jersey and an open stadium? A dome team vs. a team that plays outdoors all year and excels when the temp. drops below freezing.

No truly dominant team this year. Saints are deceptively good this year with their arsenal of offensive weapons and good but not great defense. They're a safe choice because apart from Brees they can lose a player due to injury or poor play and still win.

In the AFC, I actually think the Bengals will put it all together for the playoffs and make it to the Super Bowl.

Based on where the SB is being played this year, weather could be a major factor that would give NE(if they make it) a huge advantage. Just ask Manning.

A few that are tough to pick..

Still gotta be faithful and go with the 49ers. Probably against New England.
49ers need to step up pass protection and/or Kaep needs to remember how to scramble effectively. Their defense is the only thing keeping them in the hunt.

Unfortunately, I have to agree. I hate it, but the MetLife Superbowl makes me think the chances go out the window for the Saints.

Regardless, we are talking about a team that still has never won a "road" playoff game. This same team has played very poorly on the road this year as well. Saints would have to finish the season 4-1, beating Seattle, to take the #1 seed. I think they split with Carolina, and lose to Seattle.

@Tampa Bay - Needed a true Schiano choke at the end. 16-14 win
@Chicago - Easily their best performance. Jumped to a 20-7 lead at halftime, but only scored 6 in the 2nd half to hold on. 26-18 win
@NE - Down 17-7 at halftime, took the lead late.... and blew it. 27-30 loss
@Jets - Ugly ugly ugly. 20-26 loss
@Atlanta - Thursday night road game against main rival. 17-13 win

Their HC said highly unlikely, but he hasn't made a final decision yet. I know A.R. reeeeeally wants to play. Even if not fully healed.

pretty much a no. I read that he has to practice on Wednesday to be able to play, and supposedly he will not be cleared for Wednesday.
