I smoke one every 2-3 days... I don't have a favorite... I smoke flavored ones, ie. Backwoods... I wonder how bad it is compared to cigarettes? Say smoking one Backwoods cigar a day would be the equivalent of how many cigarettes a day? Take into consideration that we don't inhale cigars...
There is much more nicotine in the average cigar than the average cigarette.

I know that, but would nicotine harm me as much as if I was smoking cigarettes since you inhale cigarettes? And how many cigarettes make up for a cigar? 5-6?
It's harmful to different areas. The throat and mouth region is damaged more by cigar smoking, obviously.
I was searching for a site that had the average nicotine amounts in different types of tobaccos and their associated mediums of smoking, but I can't find it.

Yeah, I think the most common result is mouth cancer among cigar smokers... I tend to smoke cigars with a alcoholic drink, so I don't know if that helps or makes it even worse? But I don't think flavored half sized cigars (not cigarillos though!) are as bad as real ones... but I don't know much about cigars, I just smoke them because I like the taste.

Don't fool yourself.

Coming from an American, that's too funny 😛

"I don't smoke cigarettes, they are gross, I smoke weed."

😛

....marijuana smells much better.

I had a Cohiba last week. Supposedly the best out there, but tobacco doesn't really do anything for me. I'll stick to hookahs and weed.

This is the smoke smell food chain:
1)deezy dank smoke
2)shwiggity shwag smoke
3)pipe smoke
4)cigar smoke
5).
6).
7).
8).
9)cigarette smoke

It's about time to burn.😎

Love cigars.

You might want to give Drew Estate a try (a good friend of mine had my try one, been in love ever since 🙂 ). They have alot of different lines of cigars, ranging from very flavorful (with botanicals and such) to more "earthy" ones that have a subtle taste.

The problem with Drew Estate is that they are hard to find in walk-in type shops (I have one close to me, but that only one I found that has a great selection) and I don't like ordering online b/c alot of times you'll get dry cigars that have lost most of the flavor.

I'm looking forward to their Suaza line, pretty much cigars made with Tequila 😀

I used to love smoking cigars until I got a pipe. 6.50 for an ounce of pearl and pleasant. Taste beats any cigar I have ever had.

i do... bought 2 cigars from the tinderbox (a decently well known franchise) and they were moldy... watch out for the 6.50 Romeo y Julieta's

Been smoking cigars for quite a while. I am a big Maduro guy, my favs are the Hemingway Classic and WoA maduros, Hemingway Untold Story, Daimond Crown #7 maduro, 8-5-8 Maduro, and most of the new LFD maduros. Also good are the Partagas SD#4, #3 SE and the shorts.

Any CF BotL's here?

i smoke one or two cigars a month. i usually smoke acid kuba kuba, cao gold, and very rarely, ill treat myself to a fuente opus-x. the local cigar shop has a massive humidor and i want to smoke one of almost every cigar in there, but there are just way too many.

i like Old Port Colts on the golf course once in a while, or smaller cigarillos such as Swisher Sweets. you aficionados out there would love the cigars they sell in the humidors near where i work 🙂 Cubans 😛

I haven't smoked anything in my life and have no plans to. Whatever floats your boat I guess.

That's that saying one pile of feces is more visually appealing than another pile.
