There is much more nicotine in the average cigar than the average cigarette.Originally posted by: Turkish
I smoke one every 2-3 days... I don't have a favorite... I smoke flavored ones, ie. Backwoods... I wonder how bad it is compared to cigarettes? Say smoking one Backwoods cigar a day would be the equivalent of how many cigarettes a day? Take into consideration that we don't inhale cigars...
I know that, but would nicotine harm me as much as if I was smoking cigarettes since you inhale cigarettes? And how many cigarettes make up for a cigar? 5-6?
I was searching for a site that had the average nicotine amounts in different types of tobaccos and their associated mediums of smoking, but I can't find it.
