Too fancy...but you get points for trying to make it sound menu-worthy.
Ex. "green leaf lettuce" - as opposed to what? 'orange leaf'....?
Ex. "fresh cracked pepper"....ok gourmet, we all have pepper grinders...they sell them at Big Lots these days.
Cut pork belly? Why don't you use BACON in your BLT? Or just call it a CPBLT instead?
Edit...just read about the Tomato...make that a CPBL. I agree... 😛 FAIL!

Damn, I'll have to try that. My mouth is just about watering already. 😀Originally posted by: KeithTalent
First off I have to agree with the others, no tomato ni a BLT is epic failure.
Anyway, I made one the other day like my Grandma used to make. Fry your bacon in a cast-iron skillet, remove the bacon, but leave the pan on the flame, then take your lightly-toasted bread from the toaster and put it face down, right into the bacon grease and fry it for a few seconds.
Then add mayo, bacon, tomato, black pepper, lettuce.
That little bit of frying the bread makes a world of difference. So freaking good.
