yeah 5 guys should do it....saw 3 guys move a grand am outside my office once, they made the front end jump so to move it sideways closer to the curb (he got a ticket for being more than 18" away from curb, and so he would not get another they moved it (did not have keys))

I'd just continue to call the police department every day about it. And definitely follow up on the Post Office idea because many times they won't deliver the mail if something is blocking the mailbox and then they should have the authority to have someone move it at your request.

But you could cal the local police, the county sheriff, etc. Could always mention how you thought you say someone dealing drugs ot of it a few days ago but then they never came back...

You are probably contacting the wrong department. The police are not the only government body that can tow cars.

You could always put a "I support Bin Laden" sticker on the windshield and watch the rockets come flying in. Of course your house being blown up and categorized by Homeland Security as, "regrettable collateral damage" could be a drawback .
