I don't think it's that simple, and you're obviously watering it down without thinking this through. I think you're thinking about what gets the most media attention and what doesn't. Elements of this sort - White supremacy - will get more press because they are more controversial, have a disturbing history, etc. ergo, more people will pay attention. That simple.

This isn't a simple matter of political correctness or anything else. Am I mistaken in thinking that you are jumping to conclusions and simply saying "Oh, if it was a [insert minority here] it would be OK." I don't think I am.

Edit: Louis Farrakhan is a fairly controversial figure in this area, unless am mistaken. I don't particularly look up to him.

Because you could publish a record with the same slant from a black perspective and chances are it will end up on TRL. The early Skrewdriver and Brutal Attack records are no different at all from Public Enemy or the X-Clan when it comes to racist lyrics. Yet you won't find the former groups at Amazon.

I am not trying to advocate racism on either side of the equation, but there are huge double standards in this country. Black pride is considered "enlightening" and "cultural" where white pride is (mistakenly) considered "evil" and "intolerant" (due to 200 years of knuckle-headary). And I am not talking about Neo-Nazism or the KKK or any of the ways you can use race as a weapon of hate.

It's a complex topic where there's no simple answer.

This is a country that until 25-30 years ago BLACK people had to ride in the back of PUBLIC busses, and I don't want to get deeper into that matter, because I can go on for hours, but what double standards are YOU talking about? Black people were and still are deprived by this country, so you better wake up and face the facts.

You're incapable of discussing this intelligently because you obviously take it too emotionally. Being oppressed does not give you a free pass to be racist. Racism is bad. Nobody gets a free pass to be intolerant, period.

On the flip-side, pride in your racial heritage is not a bad thing. Nobody should be looked down at because of it, unless they cross the line where they use that pride as vehicle of hate toward others. That would be racism.
 
I still don't know if I hate them more than Mary Kate and Ashley... so long as they don't make a string of crappy movies.

The White Supremacist are very selective in who they consider to be "white". It was not that long ago they hated anyone who are not Anglo-Saxon Southern Baptist. Once they make the US a "white" nation any one who is not Southern Baptist Anglo-Saxon is next on their agenda.

Anyone who thinks any kind of supremacy is fine is a racist.

Oh I get it, I am a closet racist! Uh, no. I think every point I made was clear of any emotion or of taking any side of the issue. I am saying racism is bad and nobody should be racist. Period. There's no excuse for it. You feel otherwise because you are letting your emotions cloud your head.
