Wow. I thought Affirmative Action was there to say that black people arent capable of being better than white people, so we have to give them jobs and opportunities and let the better qualified white people on the streets. It's insulting to black people I should hope that people who are there to help them think they are less capable. Sure, maybe they do have some inequity problems, but no need to give them free things and boosts because of it. There are plenty of jobs around and plenty of opportunities. White people cant be filling all the good positions.

That might be partially true, but if America really is a land where anyone can do anything (provided they 'work hard enough'), why are there no female, black or homosexual Presidents?
Perhaps because there have been no female, black, or homosexual presidential candidates? When one runs, I promise you that I won't let gender, race, or sexual orientation be a factor in my vote.

funny, everyone on their newspapers staff is white except one Indian chick.

I can't find the dudes email that wrote the article though, or else I'd send him a hateful email 🙁 😛

Sure there have been, they just never make it out of the primaries. The reason there hasn't been a black president is that there are far fewer blacks who are qualified to be president than there are whites. There haven't been many serious woman candidates for president, but we'll see how that pans out in 3 years. As for homosexuals - probably the same reason we've only ever had one president who was a bachelor.
