White-only scholarship

I don't really have a problem with it. But this notion whites are somehow overlooked or struggling because of minority handouts is bogus. Whites have and continue to dominate all work industries, except maybe in the area of athletics, especially white men. Unemployment rates are almost double for blacks as compared to whites in many parts of the country. Even for those with similar educational backgrounds. Poor people in general whether black or white have the same financial help afforded to them. There was another one where a person had to be 25% white. I saw the interview of that guy and I felt he was truly on the up and up. But the pdf of this guy kinda smells of the same "We need to protect the White Man" old boys network.

What do you think the reason is that unemployment rates among blacks is double that of whites?
 
What is important about this story is that there are scholarships available and they are being given out. This is a good thing.

I'm satill hoping to find one that I qualify for: An old, fat, bald, Polack.
 
Instead of being based on "White" (whatever that even means; I know a middle eastern guy who considers himself caucasian, and because he's western Iranian, he is technically caucasian and therefore he's white.), they should have based on historical region of origin, such as France, England, Ireland, etc.

By US census standards, he is white. Arabs, middle easterners, and north Africans are white. And no he's not a muslim, but thanks for showing us your own prejudices.

You're welcome. I don't like any religion which has as a basic tenet of their faith the destruction and death of those that don't believe as they do. So, yes, fuck the muslims.

That's an entirely different matter. You said "fuck him" when you 1) don't even know him and 2) assumed he was muslim.
 
I have no problem with a white person only scholarship considering when I was in college I had the opportunity to apply to hundreds of African-American and Hispanic ones.
