I was really surprised by some of the criticism floating around the Internet (such a friendly, reserved place normally) of Taylor Swift's new 'Shake It Off' music video:The first time I heard the term & Googled it I read this:
I can understand taking offense to Miley's use of twerking.. but Taylor seemed to go out of her way to not be racist in her video, having white girls twerk along with their dark-skinned sisters.
