Fuck it just move the goalposts. From now on, all black people are classified as Caucasians. Boom whites rule again.

Nah, just limit voting rights to credit ratings. Over 700, you can vote. EZ.

I used to think that. These days I see a multiplicity of wars. Most of them eternal.

Perhaps. Race has always been a tool of class warfare in America, at least since the Civil War. Southern Democrats exploited it for 150 years until The GOP picked up that banner & those votes. And it's worked for all of them so long as Whites were a strong majority.

Lyndon Johnson said it well 50 years ago-

https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/lbj-convince-the-lowest-white-man/

It still works today, just not as effectively given the shifting demographics.

What the right wing financial elite is doing in America today is a form of looting, plain & simple. They hide it behind a plenitude of emotional wedge issues & shitty attitudes they really don't care about but it's all about removing the constraints on Capitalism that makes it serve the people along with the ownership class.

So race is only used by the GOP?

Examples?
It was certainly not Republican level, but more casual racism, but I remember Biden being chided for some comments back in the lead-up to 2008. I recall Bill Clinton also making comments towards Obama in that same time frame.

As I recall in both cases they were each hit in the media and by other Dems for their remarks. Not that I dare do this to my search history, but I bet that these things are preserved with great care across all right-leaning propaganda channels as evidence of how Dems are "just as bad" or whatever.

My point was that it happens, but Dems don't tolerate that shit in their party, while Republicans embrace, encourage and endorse it on the regs.

You're kinda making my case. In Biden's case the attention made him think about how he spoke about such things. Dems actually reflect and consider how to be better allies the oppressed groups.

Republicans high-five each other and quietly thank Stormfront for their ongoing support.

I'm just not sure why you're fighting this fight. Are you trying to paint Dems as free of ever being remotely racist in the modern era? Because that seems like a weird thing to do. They've had to grow and adapt along with the general progressive culture. And being the diverse/cumbersome party they are (not in lockstep like the desperately authoritarian R's), they have people who have little fuck-ups and then those people get better or get out.

Just look at how the Dem side handled the #MeToo movement to see how they acted with respect and zeal to correct any appearance of impropriety, but then the pussy-grabbers on the other side keep on rollin'.

Nope. But they sure relish in using it to be shitty.

Whenever I see Dems use it, their supporters wince and feel shame about it. They don't double-down.

LOL! I hope you are here all week with those jokes. If not for racial politics, the left would have nothing to scare their voters/indentured servants with.

Do you really believe it is the left using racial politics, and if so why? I'm actually interested why you would believe that the party that actively courts minority votes would be guilty of racial politics.

Is it that you think that listening to the issues that minorities say face and addressing them is racial politics? Because it really feels to me that is what politicians are supposed to do.

I guess that depends on how you define "racial politics". Dems went out of their way trying to open the tent to minorities and LGBT communities. Which is perfectly fine. If you think of it as a piece of bread, they paid a lot of attention to the crust while alienating the entire white, fluffy middle that consists of most of the bulk. Now jury is still out if the disenfranchised white vote left because they were ignored or if they just didn't want to be associated all of the other groups in the tent. Maybe both?

Regardless, democrats do play racial politics, just in a different way.

The teens are reproducing less than before. And if studies are to be believed (a big if) they are having less sex too.

And people older than teens are having less or no children

I guess this is where you and I differ. I think that the point of politics is to help those who don't get a voice otherwise. No one, not even the Democrats, ignore that white, fluffy middle. Their voice is simply too loud to not be heard. The Democrats just pay attention to the crust as well.

You have to wonder how much internet porn is causing this decline.

Who needs a gf or wive anymore when you have the miracles of the net! Wait until VR becomes mainstream. Hubba Hubba. :)

This can't come fast enough for me. I'm very much looking forward to not just being a minority but being an oppressed minority.
What comes around goes around, they say..

The obvious solution for whites worried about becoming an oppressed minority would be for whites to not oppress minorities themselves while they are still a majority, and while whites are still in power, to support laws that guarantee equal opportunity, equal rights, and prohibit discrimination. That way, when whites become a minority, they can't be oppressed.
And if any of that sounds familiar, it's because it's all of that liberal agenda you hate so much.

Maybe not on a local level, but from a national election standpoint, yes they absolutely did ignore the white middle class. In 2016 Hillary largely ignored Penn, MI, and WI banking on the hubris they would break in her direction. That cost her the election. 2016 was a referendum on identity politics.

Fun fact: there was never a Tide pod eating craze either. What is true isn't always what you're told.

Teen birth rates are at their lowest ever.
