i've used it. it's not that good. tried recording using the provided software but the quality is really bad if you don't want the file size up too big. if only powerdirector allowed you to use better codecs.

P.S. you need to use the sound-in port of your audio device to get sound when recording.

Wow, that's interesting. I have four GF4 128MB cards, a 9500 Pro and a 9700 Pro. Both the Radeons are not in any of my systems.

Still the Ti4600. I have had this card since the first week it came out and it still plays everything fine for me. Not sure I will ever break down and spend $400 for a card again...

On shelf above rig;
Creative Labs 3D Blaster GeForce3 Ti200 64mb w/ Thermaltake Crystal Orb & Stock Memory HS`s. Would clock to 230/510 easily

Not very interesting, this 9700np (on the shelf), seems to be mentioned with great regularity. Sometimes as proof that ATI has bad drivers, other times to show what a great card the 5900 is. Sort of gets stupid -- please give that nice card to someone who will use it for more than ATI bashing. Garbage and waste is a major problem.

That said, I had a geforce 2 mx that I bought as a result of being reccomended by Toms. Nothing but driver problems and by the time nvidia had things sorted out, better cards were available at half the price. But I am not bitter - I just do not trust Toms anymore and I bought a 9700pro, which has ran all games without one problem. I am sure Nvidia cards are just as good (maybe better), but you do have to wait for the drivers to mature. Especially with new games.
The Asus geforce 2 mx 32mb is still running strong in my daughters machine.
