Assuming your life was in danger and the only way of surviving would be to cut off one of your testicles, which one would you opt to get rid of and why?
 
I'm trying to imagine the circumstances under which you would save your life by voluntarily parting with your choice of testicle. Didn't pay the dominatrix?
