Hell of an effort by Seattle tonight, Wilson fought like a Lion but he needed a little more help, the drop when he put it right on the $$ on their last possession was heartbreaking.
Rodger's two passes on 3rd and long for first downs on that final drive that left Wilson pouting on the sideline were phenomenal. His reactions were amazing too. No mouth wide open and both arms in the air for Aaron. Nope.

Is IronWing on the ballot? In pro football your vote doesn't count.
I can take on the 49ers!

Say, these pads works like video game armor where nothing hurts until the padding is gone, right? Right? Why are you guys laughing at me?

Is that what Marshawn Lynch meant? 😕 😛

Lynch's communication skills have always been eyebrow raising. He announced his retirement a few years back by posting a picture of his shoes draped over a powerline. Period. Guess he used some of that chicken scratch to buy hisself a ladder.

KC will not win it all.....you heard it here first!!
Why??? Becauase the Texans were way way way over rated!!
I only saw the 2nd quarter of the Houston/KC game. Watson is a QB that typically has guts, confidence in his receivers to win against CBs, and makes smart decisions. He's a QB I respect and like....(and like to hate). He can get out of trouble and still keeps his eyes downfield. Now that the Texans have Fuller and Stills, along with Hopkins, it can be a struggle to cover them defensively when they go 4 wide....especially with Watson's mobility and the fact they have a decent line. I didn't get a chance to see how KC defense handled the Texans in the second half, but can imagine they were disrupting timing and mixing zone and man coverage to confuse Watson. I may go to NFL Replay and watch that this afternoon.

Agree, they needed a few big throws to seal it and Rodgers delivered big time.

lol. Lynch is the best.

Instead of sounding like a college educated man from California, he manages to come off sounding like a ghetto mutt from Mississippi or Loozeeyana.
Damned good football player though.

I'm just here so I don get fined. 😛

Marshawn has always been committed to not turning his back on his roots, being Oakland, CA. He went to Cal, just up the road... his homies could see him play in person. Eventually came out of retirement to play for Oakland Raiders. He was never going to play the game (whatever game, on the field or in front of a microphone) like someone else wanted him to. He's not going to change that attitude. Smart in that he realizes that these guys playing shouldn't forget for a minute that they might have to hang them up at any time and should keep one eye on their financial security.

as far as his press conference appearances--that's actually about extreme social anxiety that he has. Nothing about playing anyone's game. He doesn't make many appearances in front of the camera, outside of game time, but he does show up on Conan every once in a while. He's a bit of a legend there.
