I've been out and about all day...haven't watched a single snap...but listened to the Baltimore/Titans game a bit... WTF? The Ravens were heavily favored for this game. I'm happy as hell that they're losing, (big Steelers rivals) and am shocked that Tenn is doing so well...so far.

I was hoping Minn. would do the same thing to the niners...but that didn'tnhappen.
They looked rusty, Jackson weren't all that great throwing and the Ravens had 5-6 dropped passes. Inghram's calf acted up and their defense, (like the Pat's) had no answer for the Beast, (Henry). Tannerhill was solid, threw for a TD, ran for a TD and on a trick play Henry did a jump-shot pass over the line from the 4 for a TD pass, caught the Ravens completely off guard.

Congratulations Titans and fans. You've earned it. You all got one hell of a running back. If only the Ravens could have done a little more in the game. But it wasn't meant to be. Im also glad there were no injuries. Good luck the rest of the way.

And by the looks of it, someone above is still all butt hurt about Brady and the Patriots.LOL.... I am perfectly happy with the Ravens season. I bet you cannot say the same....Brady will be gone, and the Patriots need a total makeover. It happens. So just deal with it and move on.

And who is "Tannerhill" ?
Oh, and next time...spell "Tannehill" right. LOL ... But if you want to, you can hurry and edit your post to hide it. :O

Again, congrats Titans and fans. Good luck next year Ravens.

Oh, and good luck with your 9 players voted into the Pro-Bowl. You've earned it.

LOL, wow, that didn't take long. Tannerhill threw for 68yds vs the Pats and won, he threw for 88yds tonight and won. To be fair, those modest yards included clutch throws.
That is twice now you wrote "Tannerhill" LOL

Really?, spelling Nazi in a football thread?, anyway, I didn't post the meme and no, I'm not butt-hurt, it was clear to anyone the Pats were going nowhere in these playoff's, I mean they lost to the Dolphins at home to end the season. If the dynasty is over so be it, it's been a hell of a run, I can die in peace. The Ravens on the other hand were the new "darlings" of the NFL, the league MVP, playing at home after enjoying the bye week, now the legacy of fail is renewed, again. How about those leftover wings?, I'm hungry!.

Ahahaha.....nice backpedaling. Sarcasm at it's weakest. And yes, this is a football thread. So stop begging for food.

I'm not "backpedaling" I already said I didn't post that meme nor did I saw anything negative about the Ravens. They had an off night at the worst possible time, it happens. Going out for Taco Bell now since I can't expect any leftover wings.

HO-LEE-SHIT BATMAN!, Titans clobbering the Ravens in Baltimore 28-6, 4:16 left in the 3rd. Two 4th down stops, a pick, and a strip-sack plus some inventive play calling have the Titans on a roll.
Pregame they talked about the inexperience of Titan's field goal kicker, the 4th this year, who hadn't kicked a single field goal as of yet. That contrasted with IIRC Pro Bowl kicker Tucker for the Ravens, big advantage Ravens.

Check what happened IIRC:

28 to 12

4 TDs for the Titans, no field goal attempts necessary
4 field goals for Ravens, no touchdowns

So much for field goals in that game!

Pretty good summary. Throw in some turnovers and stir. TN advances.

Funny stuff, I enjoy football threads... sometimes.

IIRC, they rested Lamar week 17. Three weeks rest didn't pan out. Harbaugh looked, how to put it? Chagrined? Strangely 1/2 lobotomized on the sideline? Disengaged?

Jackson is a fabulous athlete. I thought the commentators were terrible. Until it went over on downs with 0:46 left or something, the Ravens had a chance but the commentators had cancelled their hotel stay in Baltimore for next weekend ten minutes previous. Could hardly believe that shit.

This is the thing about the Titans, they allow yards, but when it gets critical the defense has been great. The Patriot game where the Pats had a 1st and goal from the one, they could not get it in, it cost them that game. Last night the Ravens twice went for it on 4th and one, they were stopped both times. On one of those Tannehill connected for a long TD pass, talk about a dagger!. IMO when it got to 28-6 it was all but over, time was running down and the Ravens were not built to recover from a large deficit late in the game.

No, the Ravens never had a chance. To me it almost looked like the Ravens' playoff game from 2019...just rinse and repeat. If Jackson has another playoff game like this next year, he's putting himself in position to be labeled as one of the best regular season QB's and one of the worst playoff QB's...

It is at times like this when I reflect on what is worse? Detroit Lions complete inability to win a meaningful game or New Orleans or Baltimore collapse?
In the end we both have our hopes and dreams crushed.😵

I think they had a chance, after that one-handed amazing catch by Brown it was 1st and goal, that needed to be converted to a TD. Several passes were dropped too, so it's not all on Jackson. At some point we all have to admit this Titan team is underrated and very, very, tough, specially making room for Henry and shutting down short yardage offense.

And W O W !!, just like that it's 14-0 Texans, a nice opening drive and a blocked punt returned for a TD!.
EDIT:, Now 21-0 after a muffed punt by KC's Hill at the 4yrd line, Texans punch it in after the recovery. Arrowhead is STUNNED at this point!
