I'd go with the OCZ, I've heard a lot of good things about it and OCZ has awesome customer support if anything goes wrong.

I don?t know I ordered 2-1 gig sticks from OCZ and both were dead... But tech support was nice about it...

Hmmm... both DDR400, both 2-3-2-5 timings, both good companies. Pick one. I'd go with OCZ, but that's just me and I know the Patriot is very good as well.
