I'd go with the OCZ, I've heard a lot of good things about it and OCZ has awesome customer support if anything goes wrong.
 
Hmmm... both DDR400, both 2-3-2-5 timings, both good companies. 😛 Pick one. I'd go with OCZ, but that's just me and I know the Patriot is very good as well.
