Ditto. The Canon S6x0 series is good, and they use separate color ink tanks rather than the (usually more wasteful) single tank. I have the S630, which I believe recently replaced the S600 in Canon's model line.
Also, the S500 is supposed to be just as nice quality-wise as the S600/S630, although it prints a bit slower. That'd also be a good choice, if you're looking for something a bit less expensive than the S630.
Another nice benefit of the Canon printers is that they are not "winprinters", unlike many of the cheap models from Lexmark, HP, etc. This means that you'll be able to use the printer in Linux, DOS, or other non-Windows environments if you ever wish to do so.
