is there a difference between the FE991SB and DP930 besides the refresh rates?

I'd go with the AG. I too had the decision between AG vs. invar shadow mask a few years ago (900IFT/955DF vs. 900NF to be specific). I never used an AG but I went with the 900nf anyway cause of supposedly superior colors. The text is still crystal clear, and I was never EVER bothered by the damper lines. I forgot about them after a few weeks of use!
Well partially correct. I thought I had heard something about some discontinued Samsungs, appearently it is their AG monitors. The current models are all shadow mask just have different fancy names it looks like it. The .20dp advertised for the 900nf is the horizontal measurement of it, which makes the 'actual' diagonal reading of .24 or .25dp I think.Originally posted by: Bucksnort

Eagle forgive me if I am wrong but I was under the impression all samsung crt's use a shadow mask tube even the 957. The 900nf is .20 dot pitch and there is no such thing as a .20dp aperture grill tube.
