I always liked pure cocoa butter stick. I've heard great things about bag balm, but never used it.
You could pick a pair of (spa?) gloves at the dollar store and a cheap thing of vaseline. Rub vaseline on chapped hands. Put on gloves. Sleep. I can't stand wearing clothes when I sleep though so that shit doesn't fly for me but it would be cheap and effective.

Yup, this. Eucerin is the bomb.
Eucerin Calming Cream works wonders, and isn't quite as greasy feeling as the original Tub.
