Job B..
Most small companies are more laid back and flexible. Large corporations tend to be more strict and rigorous, and you get a lot less freedoms.
I work in a really small business now, only 4 people in my office. I can give my own advice to my boss. I can take frequent vacations. I just don't feel any stress here. It's very flexible.

What kind of job is this? 80k sounds nice.

Job A is a "Sr. Network Technologist I". Job B is "Systems Administrator" but I think it should be "IT Guru" since they expect to take care of the firewalls, domain controllers, Exchange server, desktops, etc.

I know a guy that worked as the 'system administrator' in that size place, he ended up hating it, absolutely run off his feet every day dealing with 1001 different issues, they all thought he should fix anything and everything that used electricity.

Job A will be far more interesting, most likely a lot easier, with more opportunity to advance. Clear winnar!
